We had absolutely perfect room with central heating, television and a microwave. The hotel's location was central, easy to get to NASCAR related activities.
Some people working there were poor.

I had an issue with my original booking and Stephanie took care of it quickly and professionally. I had another issue come up with the room I was given and again Stephanie took care of it with smile and made it seem effortless. She is what every major chain should model themselves after!

I didn't like that you didn't have turkey or chicken products for breakfast. I don't eat pork as well a lot of other people.

The staff here were very knowledgeable, our room was spacious, brand-new, and had a hot tub, and the service and food were excellent, making it a great end to our trip.

Breakfast was over at 10:00 we like to sleep in and eat as we are leaving. Serving until 11:00 would have been better for us
